  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  2. Receive Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
