- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made products are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 7 days of delivery.
Return Process

- Receive Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
- Ship the Item: Send the product back to us in its original condition.
- Inspection & Approval: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
